Shock: Low blood pressure, rapid heart rate (at first), rapid respiration, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, swelling, cold extremities, etc. There are various forms of shock (vasogenic, cardiogenic, neurogenic, septic, adrenal, ....) and all can manifest similarly. Many times the critical care doctor has to do invasive tests to determine the cause.

Low blood pressure, irregular cardiac rhythm, increased heart rate, low urine output, cyanosis, low oxygenation of blood, sweating are manifestations of shock.
