Erythromycin &amp; clindamycin are known to be especially harsh on gut, former w/nausea &amp; vomiting while latter w/diarrhea (although all are known to cause C diff diarrhea).There's no specific dose of Nexium (esomeprazole) or any other proton pump inhibitor to treat side effects.

Yes: all antibiotics can cause various forms of GI upset. They also change the balance of bacteria/micro organisms in the GI tract which can cause symptoms. Often eating  yogurt daily with live cultures or probiotics can be helpful in alleviating the symptoms.  if this does not help after a week i would recommend talking to your primary care doctor. I would also avoid alcohol during this time.

It is possible: Did you confirm the eradication after the antibiotics? (usually via breath test)
if the antibiotics did not completely eradicate the h. Pylori the gastritis is likely still present and possibly worse. 
In other cases h.Pylori coexists with other stomach problems including acid reflux and even if you successfully treat the h.Pylori you will need to address the other factors. See your doctor.

i believe i have a sinus infection i will get checked as my symptoms arent getting better i have gastritis so im worried about being given antibiotic as im just now getting relief from the flare up . if its an infection what med wont hurt belly?

: There are no guarantees that any oral antibiotic won't affect your gastritis, but augmentin, for one, is notoriously hard on the stomach. In my experience, plain amoxicillin, taken with food, has been well tolerated.

Many conditions: There are only few possibilities that the findings in your stomach ( unknown) and symptoms would respond to antibiotics. A clear diagnosis will be needed prior to treatment, the result of the biopsy should help clarify.
