I believe i have a sinus infection i will get checked as my symptoms arent getting better i have gastritis so im worried about being given antibiotic as im just now getting relief from the flare up . if its an infection what med wont hurt belly?

There are no guarantees that any oral antibiotic won't affect your gastritis, but augmentin, for one, is notoriously hard on the stomach. In my experience, plain amoxicillin, taken with food, has been well tolerated.
