Accepted Answer

Nope: Pelvic organ prolapse does not cause nausea. Vaginal pressure, difficulty voiding, rectal pressure, and a bulging sensation are more common symptoms.  A pessary or vaginal surgery are some of the treatments for this and can be discussed with your gyn surgeon.

Vaginal ultrasound : If it can't be seen by a visual pelvic exam, the next step would be a vaginal ultrasound.

Difficult to know: I can imagine that a scar that is high in the vagina would be easy to miss or easily overlooked during an exam. And almost impossible for your partner to feel during sex. If it's not bothering you, then i wouldn't pursue it. If you are worried about misdiagnosis, then you should bring it up during the exam and have your gyn explain what s/he is feeling.

Vaginal expansion: The back wall of the vagina expands by about one third during sexual arousal to allow for "visitors that go bump in the dark of night". The action of intercourse often traps air inside the vagina which can be expelled at any time. This is very normal and should not make one forget why the "event" was ongoing in the first place.

i am having my baby in about an hour and it is vaginal with my 1st child what can i expect during the pushing stage will they give me oxygen or gas?

Not always: You will only need oxygen if your babies heart rate goes down and stays down for too long  while you are pushing
Remember to take deep breaths and hold the air in your lungs while you push. Push while the nurses count to 10. 
Try to get 2 pushes for each contraction. The nurses will tell you exactly what to do so you don't have to memorize this! LOL

R/O RECTOVAGINAL FIS: RECTOVAGINAL fistula is very unusual . It can happen after radiation treatments or from IBD like Crohn's or IUC. You need a full rxam and pelvic exam. CT SCAN ABD/Pelvis with oral /IV /Rectal contrast. GYN&amp; GEN SURGERY CONSULT

See doctor : Given one doesn't know the details of your surgery, if you are at all concerned about post surgical issues, my best recommendation is to make an appointment with your surgeon to be checked. It would not be normal for there to be any trapped air or gas as you say in the vagina.  See your doctor for a complete exam.

Testing is important to determine the treatment and keep you and your partner safe.

Not normal: That is definitly not normal. You should be seen  for an exam and testing. We will need to determine if this is a colon/intestinal problem or a gyn problem.
