See doctor : Given one doesn't know the details of your surgery, if you are at all concerned about post surgical issues, my best recommendation is to make an appointment with your surgeon to be checked. It would not be normal for there to be any trapped air or gas as you say in the vagina. See your doctor for a complete exam.
