R/O RECTOVAGINAL FIS: RECTOVAGINAL fistula is very unusual . It can happen after radiation treatments or from IBD like Crohn's or IUC. You need a full rxam and pelvic exam. CT SCAN ABD/Pelvis with oral /IV /Rectal contrast. GYN& GEN SURGERY CONSULT
