NO diet restrictions: Presumably you had a 'fatty-food intolerance' before gallbladder surgery.
Generally after gallbladder removal there are no diet restrictions.  You may experience 'looser stools' after surgery due to 'free-flow' of bile in G.I. Tract but that can be counter-acted with 'a little' Metamucil 3x/day.

Eat less fat: Your gall bladder stores bile for those big greasy meals. When it's removed you can't break up all the fat in your meals and you get diarrhea for that reason. Eat smaller meals with less fat (animal or plant).

Surgery: Surgery is usual method for removing stones. The gallbladder is removed in its entirety. If you don't have symptoms or have had ingection you don't have to remove it though

Unlikely: Elevated liver enzymes in pregnancy are very worrisome and unlikely to be due to surgery you had 7 years ago if there haven't been problems before. The is a form of severe preeclampsia (toxemia) that is called HELLP. This stands for hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelets.This is very serious and your doctor will be evaluating you for it as well as other causes. Good luck.

Consult your doctor: We can not answer, need to look at the bumps.Did you have leproscopy cholecystectomy?It might be an infection, check it out.

The liver is working: just fine- it is a stomach issue and usually responds to acid inhibition with Protonix, Nexium or Prilosec. Avoid all fried greasy or fatty foods.

Gallbladder rupture,: or perforation, is relatively rare, but can occur as a complication of cholecystitis(gallbladder inflammation). Gallstones alone do not result in perforation, except in extremely rare circumstances.
