What foods should be avoided after the gallbaldder is removed?

NO diet restrictions: Presumably you had a 'fatty-food intolerance' before gallbladder surgery. Generally after gallbladder removal there are no diet restrictions. You may experience 'looser stools' after surgery due to 'free-flow' of bile in G.I. Tract but that can be counter-acted with 'a little' Metamucil 3x/day.

Fatty food: Avoid fatty food initially and then slowly add as tolerated.
