Unlikely: Elevated liver enzymes in pregnancy are very worrisome and unlikely to be due to surgery you had 7 years ago if there haven't been problems before. The is a form of severe preeclampsia (toxemia) that is called HELLP. This stands for hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelets.This is very serious and your doctor will be evaluating you for it as well as other causes. Good luck.
