Head fullness: Fullness or pressure in the back of the head often comes from tight or tense muscles of the neck that insert on the back of the head. Muscle tension progresses through the day and is often worse in the afternoon or evening. The alignment of the neck may be incorrect due to a muscle strain, ligament injury, or early arthritis. See a chiropractor or neurosurgeon for evaluation and treatment.

in my head i get a feeling of pressure or fullness, sometimes disorientating. no real pain involved, could it be my anxiety? i have high pain tol. too

First, R/O HTN!: My first concern would be hypertension. A visit to your general physician, with a physical should come before theories of psychological etiology. If physical exam and lab studies are normal, exploring anxiety is a reasonable move. If you look up physical symptoms of "panic anxiety", you'll be surprised by the many ways in which it presents. Sometimes, simply slow, deep breathing will abolish this.

Ear fullness: When there is fluid in the middle ear you may feel a little dizzy.  Try to pop your ears and repeat this 30 or so times if you can.  If you can not pop them then you can try a decongestant topical for the nose for 3 days only  you can try sudafed as well .  When the ear clears so will the dizziness.  Good luck. Feel better.

Feeling in head: You need to find out the cause of the feeling in your head by seeing your doctor.  it may a sinus situation, migraine,  or something more.  Peace and good health.

a couple days ago inthiughtbjnwas having acid reflux. now i think i am feeling full faster, with like heaviness at the very top of my abdomen, but i was worried it would happen before i ate. how do i know if my symptom is real or in my head?

: GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) does not make you feel early fullness with meal or heaviness in the epigastric area. Those symptoms are more common with acute gastritis (caused by food poisoning, viral or bacterial infection). Symptoms of acute gastritis are usually self limited, quick relief with antacid. GERD sx are usually precipitated by flat supine position right after a full meal.

Your physician and a neurologist can evaluate you to determine whether your symptoms are due to any significant pathology.

i have a weird feeling with my head like i'm going to faint. i'm not dizzy  it feels like it's full of air and tense.i have anxiety. could i be tired?

See doctor: You're taking propanolol and sertraline which can interact to enhance drop in blood pressure so you may feel faint. Review meds with prescribing doctor and have your blood pressure checked to make sure the combo is safe. If all points to anxiety, discuss treatment options and consider therapy for coping strategies with anxiety. Hope this helps.
