Brain fuzz: Fluid in the ventricles of the brain is not audible. Noises that can be heard in the head could be tinnitus emanating from the inner ear or from turbulent blood flow through certain blood vessels of scarred heart valves. Your physician and a neurologist can evaluate you to determine whether your symptoms are due to any significant pathology.
