Inflammed glans: Only occurs in the uncircumcised under an inflammed foreskin. Combined inlammation of glans &amp; foreskin is known as balanoposthitis. Foreskin usually cannot be retracted and becomes swollen and tender. Immediate treatment usually oral antibiotics plus topical antibiotic salve such as neosporin or bacitracin. See your Dr., circumcision may be adviseable.

Genital hygiene daily to prevent recurrence.

Treatment for this disorder would typically start with topical antibacterial, antifungal and topical steroid.
