hello,what are the serious side effects of taking lexotan(bromazepam 3mg) for sleep,if i forgot that i ate pamelo fruit like 30-60~ min. before i taken my medication?it actually made me more anxious when i remembered that i ate pamelo fruit before :/

Interaction: It's possible that the grapefruit like pomelo fruit interacted with the benzodiazepine,lexotan, but I think it would actually make the lexotan more sedating. You appeared to have the opposite effect. Your pharmacist can advise you better about this,however.

Hooka: it would depend on what was in the hookah.  If it was not cannabis or a form of cannabis after 1 week you should be save.

Yes, from her doctor: A pediatrician can write out a program for using various laxatives and the amounts of each, to do a clean-out of the bowels, and then to keep them clear while the bowels "recover" their previous normal behavior. The doctor can examine the child to see what might be the cause of the constipation. Many times, there is no obvious cause, but sometimes there is (such as not-pooping due to anus pain).

Healthful: Fruits and vegetables are naturally healthful and are good in a balanced diet, but beware of deprivation 'cleanses.' they often achieve nothing and may be harmful.

It can be: First - please talk to your doctor before engaging in any detoxification program.  This needs to be researched beforehand to approach in a healthy manner. Foods should be fresh and organic. It is optimum to use juicing (whole food or extraction). The porportion of vegetables is always higher than fruits. Cleanse all foods before cutting. Hydrate well with water & use appropriate supplements.

Single score: Don't put too much emphasis on a single score. It'sa snapshot in time, if you are concerned, repeat the test.

Vitamins and mineral: Some vitamins will be lost, especially if use much water.  So use minimal h2o. No minerals will be lost. Use the least amount of fluid possible and add it to whatever you are using the fruit for.  Will have flavor and nutrients!

Just do IT!: Most of the time grocery stores can get different produce nearly year round. Remember the southern hemisphere has their seasons opposite those in north america.  Adequate storage and refrigeration can help extend shelf life. Sure you can only get fresh  local produce in season, but canned, frozen and even dried fruit is better than no fruit  you can find the fruit, but you have to buy it.
