Is fruit pectin safe to drink with powerade or other drinks to help filter for drug test?

Safe & Ineffective: No matter what the makers of these concoctions claim, there is no evidence that any compound, including those containing niacin, works to help people evade drug testing. Large amounts of fluid will dilute the urine, but this will be detected by most forms of drug testing and will be considered either a "failed" test or an adulterated one, which may even be worse. Stop using. That is what works.
