: In body of the report, radiologist tries to give all the findings, whether they are  contributing to current clinical conditions or not. Final  report  shows mild  chronic  ileitis which can be due to infection, vasculitis, ischemia,or medication induced.. most of the times these nonspecific  inflammation go away quietly as they come. Not really: As a pathologist I often see small Lymphoid collections in the lamina propria of gastric biopsies without inflammation chronic  is nonspecific and they occur throughout the gastrointestinal tract. Large lymphoid collections in the stomach biopsy can indicate a low-grade mucosal associated lymphoma however this is rare.

It doesn't sound from your description like you have more than just non-specific inflammation. If the rest of the colon was negative, this doesn't sound diagnostic.

Parasite, no cancer:  All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,  there is no cancer or other serious issue. You have a parasite infestation with coccidia and it can be treated by your doctor.

Precancer: The antrum is that portion of the lower stomach above the pylorus.  Having chronic inflammation with extensive intestinal metaplasia is the precursor for developing gastric cancer.  Left alone one would find an eventual gastric ulcer and invasive cancer.  Partial gastrectomy would probably be indicated at this time.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
