Don't treat yourself: The ring finger is very important with respect to grip strength of your hand.  Orthopaedic surgeons spend years training in order to diagnose and treat these injuries properly.  Do yourself a favor and see an orthopaedic surgeon or go to an er or urgent care center to have an xray and receive proper treatment.

Buddy taping: Gently tape all three lateral fingers together.  Put a little tissue between them. Fight to avoid delay getting a clear x-ray.  The rare need for surgical correction should not be delayed.  However, usually, a small splint is all that is needed.

Finger fracture: It depends on location of the fracture. Some need 3 weeks some need 12. You really need an Orthopaedic surgeon to advise you after looking at X-rays.

You could: have displaced your "non-displaced" finger fracture, or just added insult to injury with soft tissue trauma to the finger.  If you are that worried have another x-ray performed which I would suggest.  Your complaint of being tired is too non specific, however  if the pain in your finger is severe enough to alter your sleep patterns that would explain being tired in this context.

Longer time to heal: The average fracture takes about 6 weeks to heal. The key is whether you are healing clinically (less pain, less swelling, normal motion and proper alignment) and whether the X-ray is demonstrating improvement (new bone and smaller fracture lines). Continue to follow up with your physician.

4-8 weeks: It takes 4-8 weeks for finger fractures to heal. Once they have healed, your fingers will likely be stiff. You should be guided in some finger exercises by your doctor or therapist to get your hand moving normally again. If you are properly instructed on the exercises and you do them diligently, you should be back to using your hand normally relatively quickly.

Splinted?: Is your daughter's fracture been splinted?How do u know she's losing circulation to the finger?If u feel she is call your ors ( or whoever is on call for him) right away and explain situation or go to the er.Check w/ surgeon before loosening the splint bandage . This is something that needs examination quickly . Best of luck!
