Try warm applications to the forehead,steam inhalation and nasal irrigations with warm salt water and take Tylenoi to see if symptoms improve.Alegra May be drying up the membranes too much. If green or yellowish mucus is present a course of antibiotics may be helpful. See your MD tho

IF you start feeling very sick, with high fever and lasting more than a week then it might be related to a bacterial infection in which case you might need to be seen for evaluation and possible antibiotic prescription.

Possible BPPV: You may have BPPV.  This could be due to crystals that cause drag on the perilymphatic fluids and give you the sensation you are moving when you are not.  You should see an ear nose and throat doctor and they can sort through the pRoblem.

: I wouldn't be thinking of a leaking intracranial aneurysm with these symptoms. Have you had any recent head trauma?  Muscle contraction tension headache or a variant of migraine come to mind.  Consult a neurologist for a headache evaluation,testing  and advice.
