Sinus: Because of the forehead and nasal locations of your symptoms, frontal sinus congestion or infection may be present. Try warm applications to the forehead,steam inhalation and nasal irrigations with warm salt water and take Tylenoi to see if symptoms improve.Alegra May be drying up the membranes too much. If green or yellowish mucus is present a course of antibiotics may be helpful. See your MD tho
