Sinusitis...: It seems you may be suffering of sinusitis. Usually in the first few days it is most likely caused by a virus so rest and plenty of fluids along with decongestants is recommended. IF you start feeling very sick, with high fever and lasting more than a week then it might be related to a bacterial infection in which case you might need to be seen for evaluation and possible antibiotic prescription.
