Foot tingle w/ heat: See below there is a connection,not fully understood between  humidity ( hot weather showers)/ barometric pressure and  musculoskeletal pain -stenosis may be affected.  Position/motion in shower may be a factor too.

Abnormal nerve: Neuropathy is a condition resulting from abnormal nerve function. Neuropathy can be due to certain vitamin deficiencies, nerve damage due to trauma, alcohol consumption, radiation, side effects of certain medications, or due to certain medical conditions such as diabetes.  Treatment varies depending on the cause of the problem.  Have it evaluated and appropriately treated.

how come i get foot tingles from an ankle sprain?

Nerve damage: It's possible that when you sprained your ankle, one or multiple nerves were stretched and damaged resulting in a tingling sensation.  I would suspect this would resolve on its own.  If it doesn't, evaluation by your physician may be warranted.

a steel post fell on top of my foot almost a week ago. the pain is gone but the metatarsal is raised up and my foot tingles. what does this mean?

Bruised nerve: Crush injuries to the top of the foot often bruise one or more of the nerves on top of the foot.(see picture) . Most common nerve injured is the deep perineal nerve  that supplies sensation to the 1st and 2nd toes .

Any shoe that contracts the area where it is injured ( will increase the tingling.This may take months for it to go away . See foot doc to confirm

i have a pain in the back of my left calf that goes up my knee and into my thigh and my left foot tingles a bit sometimes when sitting. problem?

Leg pains: Without an exam and thorough medical history, it is tough to say what you are experiencing.  Reasons can range from something simple like generalized arthritis to something more serious such as a nerve entrapment or a dvt.  See your doctor and get evaluated and the diagnosis and treatment will follow.  Best wishes.

when i scratch the top of my foot it tingles. i think i injured it about a month back by putting too much weight on it. it used to just be one small spot now it seems like it spread to my ankle because my foot tingles when i scratch that too now? ms?

: MS means multiple sclerosis, not just one foot.   "Too much weight" may be a risk factor in an adolescent, but does not cause MS, in a 47 yo adult.  See a podiatrist and get evaluated, as this can be readily managed.

i hurt my knee running and now my foot tingles. my knee no longer hurts, but it's been a week and a half and my foot still tingles. nerve damage?

Knee Swelling: Likely caused mild compression of the nerves surrounding the knee.  The tingling should get better in a couple of weeks. If you are concerned talk this over with your doctor.

for 3 days throbbing pain right side of head, top of head, and base of head.
also, eyes are burning? sometimes my right foot tingles, i noticed this more when i have a headache?

sciatic type pain from left lower back into buttock and down leg.  sometimes foot tingles.  can get comfortable laying or sitting but hurts a lot to walk.  what are the chances this is result of a cancer.  i am terrified snd it's giving me anxiety?

: Sciatica is virtually never caused by cancer, so, your concerns are unwarranted.  But behooves you to obtain imaging to assess the significance of your symptoms.  Conservative physical therapy may well be the solution to your problems.

Tingling: Since you don't have any other neurological symptoms I suspect that there is merely a localized area of peripheral nerve irritability that is affected by heat. It's possible that minor nerve trauma from footwear occured in the past. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you and would be able to reassure you that this is only a nuisance rather than any serious neurological disorder
