Foot tingles when body temp rises ie.hot weather and shower. brain/spine mri clear.bloodwork clear.any ideas?do have herniation@t8 & moderate stenosis

Foot tingle w/ heat: See below there is a connection,not fully understood between humidity ( hot weather showers)/ barometric pressure and musculoskeletal pain -stenosis may be affected.
