Wart: First  , you have done what I describe to my patients as 'bs' - or bathroom surgery.  That's a great way to get an infection.   Seek professional assistance from your podiatrist .

Running post surgery: Depends on the surgical procedure, your healing ability, whether you have any complications or not.  Your surgeon is your best source of information concerning your condition.  Keep in close contact with your surgeon and have a list of questions to ask when your are seen.

i had a bunionectomy a month ago. the pins in my foot were removed 2 days ago. what sort of pain will i experience in the coming days while i recover?

Depends: The pain from pin removal generally subsides pretty quickly.  The pain you experience afterwards will be due to the bunionectomy, and depends in large part on the type of procedure you had done.  Usually, you can have mild to moderate pain for 6 weeks or more after the procedure, but most people will be experiencing mild aching discomfort with swelling.

Normal: Any time someone has a splinter some of the blood vessels are broken causing a bruise.  It should go away after a couple of weeks.

Yes: Often after being in a cast, the foot and ankle can lack flexibility. This lack of flexibilty will cause stress to the bottom of the foot at the plantar fascia ligament which results in heel pain. Stretching and physical therapy will help with this problem.

Pain in the Bu????: It is not all that unusual to have some throbbing and some pain the day after bunion surgery. Elevating the foot and taking a pain reliever will usually relieve the problem. Call your surgeon if you get no relief as he may want to check the bandage.

: Depending on the procedure the nail bed should heal with a sight hardness/thickness to it. If difficulty with sports a simple toe pad / sleeve should help any concerns . Good luck and enjoy

is it normal to have trouble walking right after the cast on your foot has been removed?

Yes it can be: It depends how long the cast have been there and what was the reason for the cast, because you have not used the foot and the muscles and other structures may need some time to return to normal function.Some times you need physical therapy or massage after the cast is removed
discuss with the doctor or podiatrist who is treating you in your case.
