Athlete's foot: Tinea pedis  has various patterns and may affect one or both feet.

It can have clusters of blisters or pustules on the sides of the feet or the instep.  Try an over the counter antifungal cream to help with the itching and to clear it up.

got metal splinter in foot and white puss is coming out, i can't get it out. will it draw out itself?

Foreign body: Not necessarily.  And the fact that you have pus coming out of the foot shows that there is an infectious process.  I would recommend evaluation by a podiatrist asap.  If you can't be seen, go to the er.  You need someone to look at the foot, get the metal out, place you on antibiotics and make sure your tetanus status is up to date.

i just got glass taken out of my sons foot should it be pussing out of the wound ?

Infection?: When you say you just got glass taken out of sons foot do you mean 5 minutes ago or in the last 2-3 days?  If your son had a laceration on the foot due to glass a few days ago, had the glass removed and now a few days later has  pus coming from the wound then I would worry about an infection.  Please get it evaluated right away

Limited options: If the sores are draining, you could try soaking in epsom salt baths with warm water.  However, if the sores are indicative of an abscess, you may need to go to an Urgent Care for further evaluation and treatment.

May need antifungals: Rashes are difficult to describe in words. If a person has recurrent pimples on places where regular acne doesn't occur, he likely has infection in skin glands and/or hair follicles. A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate and make a diagnosis. The doctors can prescribe oral antibiotics, antifungals, or creams/ointments as needed. Sometimes, bacteria are resistant to antibiotics.

Exam needed: If these are flat red spots they could be capillary leaks or hemangiomas but these are not itchy. Insect bites tend to be itchy. A physician or dermatologist would have to inspect these lesions in order to make a diagnosis and then advise you.

See a dermatologist: Pustulosis plantaris is possible. There are several possible diagnoses. It should be defined & treated.

Not at all: Blisters from friction will fill with a serrous fluid. Pus can form if they become infected. Smaller blisters should be left intact so as to not allow them to become infected. If they do tear open apply antibiotic ointment and a sterile bandage. If they do not resolve in a week or so be sure to see your doctor. If you do see pus, they are already infected, and you should see a doc much sooner.

Allergic reaction: This could be an allergic reaction to something you came in contact with, a medicine, or something you ate.  I would see your physician soon before this spreads.
