Call your surgeon: pain of that severity radiating into your leg after back surgery to take pressure off the nerve root is concerning and might indicate swelling or other problems at the surgical site.  Please get in touch with the operating surgeon right away.

Heel Pain: Heel pain has a multitude of causes.. The most common is plantar fasciitis. But, it is not the only cause.  Get an x-ray and see a specialist... Other causes, stress fracture, cracked heel spur, myositis, bone cysts...Etc
get it checked out ....It may be an easy remedy..

See below: Only extreme foot pain post traumatic or surgical would most likely cause dizziness.   Some forms of extreme peripheral neuropathy could possibly cause dizziness.   I would consult your family doctor and research vertigo.

Consult a Doctor: Back pain shooting down your leg can be due to pressure on the nerves coming out of the spine or at the level of Sciatic Nerve.We do not have enough information.We need detailed history about your occupation,actovities,any history of trauma etc,and you need to be examined rather thoroughly including Neurological Exam&amp; ifindicated may need imaging like MRI/CAT Scan and/or Nerve Conduction Studies

See below: It best to determine what is causing your pain whether it be osteoarthritis, inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid, or gout.  Your treatment can be tailored to what is going on.  Sometimes braces can be used as well physical therapy instead of tablets, but we would have to know what exactly is causing your pain.

Sciatica: Sciatica pain can be very disabling. Fortunately in most cases it is self limited and may take time. Some patients benefit from traction therapy with combination of muscle relaxers, analgesics (short course of opiates), and anti-inflammatory medication. Acupuncture me be alternative. Epidural treatments may be considered prior to surgical alternatives. Hope you feel better soon.

X-ray: Avulsion of the base of the 5th metatarsal at the insertion of the peroneus brevis muscle would be the most common cause. An ossicle at the same point could also be painfully arthritic. An x-ray will prove the Dx.  Healing simply takes careful neglect over time.
