See below: Only extreme foot pain post traumatic or surgical would most likely cause dizziness. Some forms of extreme peripheral neuropathy could possibly cause dizziness. I would consult your family doctor and research vertigo.

Not sure what : Hump you are talking about but foot pain should not cause dizziness. It is possible you are suffering from ortho static hypertension or a middle ear problem. Other possibilities exist as well and best you see your internist for evaluation.
