See a Podiatrist: Need a full evaluation by a Podiatrist to find out why. Sounds like Plantar fascitis. Need more support, x-rays, possible injections, functional support and possibly physical therapy. you are too young to have this problem.

Arch weakening: It is most likely due to fallen arches. Your feet feel tired because the muscles are fatigued and unable to hold your arch up. In turn you pronate your feet which applies tension to your tibial nerve causing numbness and pain as the nerve is over stretched.  Need to wear arch supports to reduce symptoms.

If so - it is typically referred to flat feet - the arch collapses and the stresses shift to the outside part of the foot.

Foot pain: Random pain and redness in the feet is often from a shoe problem and related to exercise, work and posture.  If shoes are good fit and problem recurs then seed a medical exam to rule out a problem.

Unlikely: Plantar fasciitis causes pain at the base of the arch where it attaches to the heel. Worse with 1st few steps in am or after sitting for a while. Tingling & pain by toes is usually due to inflammation of the ball joints (metatarsal phalangeal joints) or a nerve irritation between toes called a morton's neuroma. All these are very common foot pain conditions and can be treated. Can be on both sides.

i am having severe foot pain specific to my toe joints on both feet. i can't complete a stride on either foot. i have to lift my foot just before the toe joints and plant them again. therefore i am limping.

Go : Go to your regular doctor and explain your symptoms. They are consistent with sciatica causes from the nerves getting pinched in your back.  Your doctor will likely order an mri.  This will help diagnose it definitively and then you can narrow down your treatment options.
