Step or Prance.: There may be more going on here than meets the eye. A comprehensive history and physical will be necessary to help isolate the specific areas in question. When all joints are involved, there is usually something more involved than if it was isolated to just one joint. Observations like edema, discoloration, range of motion and duration of symptoms are needed to establish a working diagnosis.
