See your PCP for re-: Feral to a spinal surgeon for further evaluation with examination and you would most likely need an MRI to diagnose the problem, specially if the radiation of the pain down to the foot/ankle/leg/knee area, is a new complaint, or if its associated with tingling/numbness.

ten months ago, i had a foot fracture that still hurts. now, ihave a dull pain in my foot and ankle that doesn't go away.it bothers me. could it be because of the fracture?

Depending on the --: Bone (s) of the foot fractured, it can take up to a year. You have had ct scan and if the fx has healed then you would benefit from intensive therapy to strengthened the muscles, as weak muscles do hurt.
Otherwise another cause of the pain has to diagnosed.

Many things: Your symptoms are very general.  This could be coming from your back (sciatica) or originating in your knee (?Arthritis).  If the symptoms have been present for more than a week, you should be evaluateed by your doctor.

had a hard hit to my knee four days ago. had pain on the side/outside of my knee, there's brusing there. gp did xrays which showed no broken bones, but i keep getting shooting pain through my knee, my whole lower leg keeps going tight and i keep gett?

Might be: tear of meniscus or strain of ligament.  If it is just a contusion, it should improve in about 10-14 days.  If symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks, you should go back to your doctor for more tests.

TMJ: You list "TMJ syndrome" under clinicial findings. If you have TMJ, this is likely related to that problem. See oral surgeon. If TMJ, see the doc who has been treating you. If you haven't been treated, see a TMJ expert.

my son hit my ankle with a toy, 7 hrs later i can't walk on it or touch it and it's radiating pain! bruised bone maybe? or possibly a break/fracture?

Ankle  trauma: Wow, he really  got you!  I just cannot  imagine you have sustained a break from this mechanism, BUT if you are unable to bear weight on it you should be seen.  Put some ice on it, you have probably sustained a "contusion"  rather than a fracture.
