Definitely ...injury: 18 y/o asks, Sharp shooting pain in fibula from ankle up. Gets worse through out the day. Could it be stress fracture? Definitely some injury that needs professional attention. See PCP for physical exam and possible imaging for best management options. The sooner the better.
