See your PCP for re-: Feral to a spinal surgeon for further evaluation with examination and you would most likely need an MRI to diagnose the problem, specially if the radiation of the pain down to the foot/ankle/leg/knee area, is a new complaint, or if its associated with tingling/numbness. Good luck.
