No: Reflux is due to malfunction of lower esophageal sphincter, increased abdominal pressure - usually due to obesity. See this site for more info.

The other way around: Acid reflux may cause uncontrolled bronchial asthma but not the other way around. However, if you have uncontrolled bronchial asthma requiring oral or systemic corticosteroid, acid reflux symptoms can be worse due to the side effects of steroid.

Probably Not, & Yes: Fast food is notorious for being low in fiber & generally high in calories from concentrated sweets & fat.  Fats delay stomach emptying & promote reflux.  Dietary fats also promote release of cck & substance y which alters gut sensitivity, contracts the gallbladder, & prompts the "ileal brake" which in predisposed patients causes bloating & fullness. Choose instead salads, fruits, & whole grains.

Uncertain: Don't know of a "super food". However, try to avoid acid-producing foods: oj., tomatoes, coffee, tea fried foods, etc. Instead, try foods such as avocados, rice, alkaline water. Ask dr about meds such as proton pump inhibitors (prilosec. Prevacid, (lansoprazole) nexium).

Unusual: Acid reflux could cause vomiting but usually does not.  A food intolerance is possible even after a night of no eating.  See your doctor for evaluation

Reflux treatment: Patients with reflux disease (r) need to treat it. Losing weight and avoiding certain foods can improve some symptoms. Patients with untreated r have a higher incidence of barrett's esophagitis and have an increased risk of cancer of the esophagus. Tell you bf to see a gastroenterologist and get effective treatment for it. It is better to prevent a problem than to treat it later.

i'm 27 & have mild/occasional acid reflux with certain food, not on any med. is there really a need for me to get a upper endoscopy, only reason i even went to gi is trying to find the cause of my pacs but no dr seems to think its related anyways...

Trial of medication: At your age, assuming you do not have alarm symptoms (i.e., vomiting, trouble swallowing, weight loss, etc), you should be able to try a short course of acid reflux medication. If no improvement, an upper endoscopy may be helpful.

Milk protein Allergy: If the reflux is triggered by both lactose containing and lactose free milk, then you may have milk protein allergy. An allergic reaction releases histamine. Histamine in the stomach will increase acid production and cause stomach contractions which will push the acid up the esophagus.   Try avoiding cows milk products and see if it helps.

out of control anxietyhas now caused acid reflux. foods are ok but liquids come right up my throat/ how long till i get better? my stomach goes nuts!

Take care of both: See someone for the anxiety and take something like Prilosec for the acid reflux. If this doesn't help, please go see a gastroenterologist.

Yes it  can.: Acid Reflux can cause Heart burn, Stomach irritation after you eat. If this has been untreated for years can lead to scarring of lower part of Esophagus and there by narrowing. Preventing the normal passage of food to stomach. And you can feel food is stuck in chest, throat. 
There are other causes for this symptoms too.
I do not know your age . 
Get examined by GI for definitive Dx
