Angioedema!: Some people with stress release histamine in the skin.  When scratching occurs, red welts occur.  Try combining an over the counter drug like Claritin and zantac (ranitidine) (2x 75mg). I bet you get relief!

Office visit: I'm concerned about seborrheic dermatitis and a couple of other entities, but this should be seen by your physician. I trust you are not taking any new medications. Good luck.

Skin issues: Food allergy is not associated with wrinkles. Some people with lots of allergies can have creases under their eyes, but not true wrinkles. Some people with food allergies will also get rashes if they ingest the food they are allergic to.

Unlikely: Skin reactions from food allergy are worsening of eczema (atopic dermatitis), hives, and swelling.  They should not contribute to signs of aging.

How long?: How long have you had this problem and how long does each bump stays around?  If the problem cannot be controlled with antihistamine or lasts more than 8 weeks , consider seeing an allergist.  Does heat, stress, or exercise trigger it?   If so , it may just be a condition known as cholinergic urticaria. Tell us more about your condition.

Unaware: I am not aware of this connection. Flaky scalp however can be caused by many things including seborrhea, psoriasis, dry skin etc.

Flaky Scalp: The following medical conditions are some of the possible causes of flaky scalp. There are likely to be other possible causes, so ask your doctor about your symptoms. 
Seborrheic dermatitis, dry skin, seasonal changes, winter, 
cold weather, 
fungal infection of the hair shaft.
Hair loss is most likely a telogen effluvium where the hair starts to shed. Treatment is
b12 injections every month.

Food intolerance: A negative allergy test is pretty good about saying a person is not allergic to a food.  Many food reactions can be "non-allergic" and frequently termed intolerance.  An example is lactose intolerance.   These usually are gastrointestinal symptoms and most people can eat small amounts, but with increasing amounts, come GI symptoms.
