Medication effects: Using Klonopin with Luvox (fluvoxamine) may increase the effects of Klonopin.  
See your Psychiatrist if you experience extreme drowsiness, confusion, muscle weakness, loss of balance or coordination, feeling light-headed, or fainting.
Discuss need for both medications,; benefits, side effects and interactions of Klonopin and Luvox (fluvoxamine), decreasing the dose;  and Therapy for stresses,  and to develop coping skills,

Any of them: or the combination could be causing this -- as well as the condition that you might be taking them for. Luvox, (fluvoxamine) Rispderal, and Klonopin can do this, or, can interact to do this, but for them to do so would suggest that either time of day or dosage may be a factor. There are many conditions that they are prescribed to treat that have no energy as a symptom. Consult your psychiatrist.

for severe ocd i have taken fluvoxamine 25mg for 3 wks and 50mg for 2 wks. no improvement yet. side effects so far are minimal generally how frequently can dose be increased? i talk to my psychiatrist next week. not taking any other medication?

It isnt: Luvox (fluvoxamine) is not fda approved as an antidepressant in the us because it would be too costly for the drug companies to do the studies to get this apprivoal.  Luvox (fluvoxamine) is approved for social anxiety and OCD and is also generic so there is also no financial gain to do any more studies.

are there any drug interactions with luvox (fluvoxamine) and spironolactone?

Possible: Possible, may not be common. Luvox (fluvoxamine) occasionally can cause low sodium levels in the blood, and spirono-lactone can make low sodium worse.  Symptoms of low sodium can be mild like nausea, but can include lethargy, confusion, muscle spasm, weakness or unsteadiness. If you have these symptoms you should have a blood test for electrolytes.

: In this instance I would want clearance from the anesthesiologist as there is always a concern for the very dangerous serotonin syndrome when SSSR's like luvox interact with other medications. Your pharmacist can also shed light on this matter.
