Severe contamination ocd patient on fluvoxamine 50mg (4 wks) needs to travel internationally. travel time -7 hrs to airport plus security, 14.5 hrs flight time. need advice on additional medication to manage anxiety during travel?

Please see your Psychiatrist for an evaluation of your medication. There are other anxiety medications you could take. Have a physical examination to know if your symptoms are from a physical illness. A Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy can help.
