my son is 2 years, 5 months. he has diarrhea for 4 days now. no other symptoms..he doesn't seem to be in any pain. what can i give him?

Diarrheal illness: Pediatric diarrheal illness may last as long as 14 days, and if there is no improvement, please see urgent care. 
Watch for blood and mucus in the stool, provide clear fluids including pediatric electrolyte solution and a pediatric pro biotic. 
Diet changes include avoiding dairy except for yogurt, until well, bananas, rice, applesauce and crackers. Avoid dehydration by providing fluids.

Lead water: hello ~ most important is HOW MUCH lead based water he had, and if a significant amount please have a blood lead  level as this affects treatment. If not a lot treat symptomatically with kaopectate. I would avoid meds like imodium (loperamide) in this situation. Remember to keep hydrated. Use Bentyl (dicyclomine) for cramps. thanks

i tested positive for covid-19 on january 6, after having symptoms including headache, chest tightness, fatigue & diarrhea. when i wake up & whenever i bend down, it feels like there's fluid in my sinuses causing a terrible headache. should i worry?

COVID 19:  COVID 19 can cause inflammation &amp; infection of sinuses. Rest, hydrate, quarantine. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Zinc, vitamin C &amp; D supplements may be helpful. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

It sounds "viral": Your symptoms are characteristic of "enteritis" ( fancy way of saying "stomach flu"). However, there are many other illnesses that can present in a similar fashion. I am certain your doctors will put you through the appropriate tests if you don't "turn around" soon. Good luck!

Diarrhea : Ian’s age is key here, if he is very young he needs emergent care, if he’s a teen you’ll need to have him seen in the AM, he needs a full history, exam and some testing

Yes: Incarceration can cause many symptoms depending on wether or not it is complete versus incomplete and wether it is constant or intermittent. Pain, fever,constipation,flatulence,and diarrhea are just some of the symptoms that may be related to incarceration. Need evaluation by surgeon and may need intervention depending on circumstances!
