What could cause these symtpoms? abdominal pain, nausea, puking, diarrhea & headache? in hospital & have had 6 bags of fluids & 14 different drugs. not food poisong & not pregnant.

It sounds "viral": Your symptoms are characteristic of "enteritis" ( fancy way of saying "stomach flu"). However, there are many other illnesses that can present in a similar fashion. I am certain your doctors will put you through the appropriate tests if you don't "turn around" soon. Good luck!

Virus: Most often it is a virus or sometimes a bacteria. It could be food poisoning, because some of it can last that long. That is a lot of fluid and drugs- they should have an idea by now.
