Lead water: hello ~ most important is HOW MUCH lead based water he had, and if a significant amount please have a blood lead level as this affects treatment. If not a lot treat symptomatically with kaopectate. I would avoid meds like imodium (loperamide) in this situation. Remember to keep hydrated. Use Bentyl (dicyclomine) for cramps. thanks
