mean bladder neck contracture(obsruction),the answer is YES ! You are relatively young for having this problem.Yes,it causes everything you descibe.

Tuip : I am assuming that you have already undergone a cystoscopy to know that your bladder neck is raised. Although you are much too young for prostate surgery, you may need a transurethral incision of Bladder Neck in order to make the opening bigger.   I would first try combination of Flomax (tamsulosin) and myrbetriq (a new medication to relax bladder muscles).

Probably due to: Anxiety. I expect you are overweight and Insulin resistant. Insulin is stimulated to lower your post meal glucose back to normal. Thyroid is enlarged, but functioning ok. Probably on the road to prediabetes and worse as time goes on. You need to eat less and exercise more to lower weight. Talk w/your doctor. It isn't hypoglycemia, which doesn't happen because your body prevents it.

Follow your: urologist's advice.  They are specialists in prostate problems, including cancer.  Sometimes, inflammatory conditions of prostate can cause elevated PSA levels, but this nodule might need biopsy for definitive diagnosis and proper treatment.

Seminal loss : You should see a urologist to evaluate your symptoms.  This may be retrograde ejaculation which can contribute to prostatitis. There is a procedure that helps with retrograde ejaculation.

More : More likely, this is musculoskeletal pain from the back/hip, not kidney.  A renal ultrasound would be reasonable to exclude swelling of the kidney, followed by imaging of the hip and lumbar spine.

Flomax (tamsulosin) is an alpha-blocker, or agents that work on relaxing smooth muscle in the urinary tract to improve flow. Avodart (dutasteride) is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, which blocks the  hormone (dht) that encourages growth of the prostate over time, the size of the prostate decreases.
