Accepted Answer

NO: Nothing is permanent unless  you find the "fountain of youth" which we have all been looking forever to find.  Need maintenance.  Just like you would with a hair-cut.

For : For deep pitted acne scars, punch excision of the worst pitted lesions can be helpful and then combine that with either dermabrasion, chemical peels, or laser resurfacing.  Resurfacing treatments are really more suited towards towards treatment of "boxcar" or shallow scars.  To improve shallower scars, an option would be a medium depth chemical peel or laser resurfacing with either an erbium or co2 laser.  The laser treatments might be expensive but over several treatments can improve your scars.  I would seek consultation with a dermatologist (perhaps two different ones to allow price and experience comparison) and ask about these options.

Yes you would surviv: Although this is only a theoretical exercise for you, it is reality for millions of people in various third world countries around the world.  It takes a long time to starve to death, but it is not a pleasant experience.

It is common,: especially in HIV testing where there are several methods, to indicate which method is used. There are at least 4 generations of HIV tests....each successive generation provides more accuracy and earlier definitive results. The two methods mentioned in your question are earlier generation tests; final follow-up testing at least at 3 months after exposure, and possibly 12 months, may be recommended

See your doctor soon: Headache and hot flashes at your age isn't normal ; should be worked up further by your doctor to determine the cause.With additional cold flashes and jaw pain, you want to have your doctor do a physical, and possibly order lab tests based on your medical, family, social, and sexual histories to best determine which system is affected, and needs work up.That's the most accurate way to know for sure.

Keratosis pilaris: The small itchy white spots may be keratosis pilaris which is a benign skin disease. Try using 14percent Lactic Acid if you can buy it over the counter, otherwise see a dermatologist.

my pap smear for last yr was normal took test 2 weeks ago and have to wait 1 more wk for result if something was wrong would the lab contact my gyno rit?

That's right: If it is normal they will send you a normal result from the ob/gyn office they will be contacted first regardless of the results and they're obligated to forward that information to you very quickly. It may take a week up to a month for the ob/gyn department to send you the results so don't worry sometimes it takes a while.
