Med vs surgery: Needs to be diagnosed correctly first. Some medications can help it heal and prevent constipation helps also. Surgically requires one of the muscles in your rectum to be cut.

See hematologist: The heterozygosity for hemochromatosis should not cause iron storage disease, but the high saturation with low ferritin (iron stores) suggests a problem with bleeding or blood cell formation. Sometimes microscopic exam of the blood is a useful first step before other tests.

how do you get rid of an anal fischer. i hve tried everything, and it just keeps taring and bleeding after a hard bowl movement. ouch! i want it gone?

Soft stools: Increase the fiber and fluid in your diet to soften your stools.  If neccessary start on MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) a over the counter laxative.  Take 1-2x/day to make sure your stools remain soft.  Keep your bum clean, use moist wipes and if that isn't working try sitz baths 1-2x/day.  If none of that works, a rare occurence, a visit to a surgeon might be in order.

so i have this allergies called lack of enzyme g6pd and i was wondering whether it will have an effect if i get vaccinated specifically the fischer vaccine?

: For one thing G6PD deficiency has no relationship to allergy, it is a metabolic defect where you lack the genetic coding to make an enzyme needed to process certain foods. You get sick if ingesting those foods. The condition will not change the way your immune system responds to the vaccine. I would get the vaccine and not worry about it.

Anal fissure?: If this is what you mean--basically a little crack in the crack (not meant to be funny :-) )..Fissure here can cause quite a bit of pain. He/she may need some topical medications to help numbing/soothing it and possible steroid cream. It is important to keep stool soft.
Check with your doc..Get a good eval/exam and advice for care...

Yes: Ivig or gamma globulin after  and/orhemofiltration along with supportive care for the miller fisher variant of guillain barre syndrome are the treatments often used in the icu. This takes a long time to get over and will require physical therapy and rehab most likely. Some patients do not make a full recovery. Good luck! i hope your loved one is better soon.
