Fissure?: If you are referring to the familiar anal fiissure, and have been given this diagnosis and your physician is not concerned about cancer, then your illness is likely painful and hard-to-treat but very unlikely to be malignant. Good luck.

Fissure NO: Fissure is crack seen near tail bone side of anus, it is not malignant how ever anal carcinoma sometimes mimics like fissure , and is important to see your doctor to make sure it is anal fissure
