For one thing G6PD deficiency has no relationship to allergy, it is a metabolic defect where you lack the genetic coding to make an enzyme needed to process certain foods. You get sick if ingesting those foods. The condition will not change the way your immune system responds to the vaccine. I would get the vaccine and not worry about it.
