Depends : On how far out from cataract surgery you are. If you are within one week of surgery, you have an increased risk for a serious infection inside the eye. If you have pain, redness or decreased vision, you need to contact your cataract surgeon right away.

Generally : Generally fluid in the eye, such as corneal or retinal swelling will resolve within days or weeks of the cataract surgery. Eyedrops such as Bromday and predforte are usually helpful.

Rarely: Eyes are commonly red for a time of healing after cataract removal.  Sometimes there is bleeding under the outer lining which makes the eye appear very red.  Infection is very rare and does cause redness but usually much pain and dramatically lowers the vision.  Discuss this with your treating ophthalmologist immediately if you have any concerns.

Astigmatism: Astigmatism is basically due to an irregularity in the curvature of the cornea or lens.  If the lens has been removed during cataract surgery you can still get astigmatism from the cornea.

Varies: Biological response to surgery varies but swelling of the tissue lasting more than 2-4 days after cataract surgery is unusual and requires evaluation.  If this is happening, you should contact your operating surgeon for an evaluation, especially if there is pain, bleeding or redness  or the vision is dropping.

Usually not: Sometimes some scratchiness or dryness or itching after surgery but usually resolves.  Aching if the pressure goes very high or can have symptomatic issues if have a complication which is usually rare.

could i have the wrong grad iol after cataract surgery my vision 20/25 in that eye, before that i had a retina detachment 8 mnts ago too?

Good result: Your vision seems quite good, especially since you also had a retinal reattachment procedure. You may have a slight refractive error that glasses can be prescribed for. I'm not aware of the status of your retina, but sometimes your vision may have some after affects from your previous retinal detachment, like an epiretinal membrane causing some distortion. I think your iol is the correct power.
