MRI means: It means what it says. The cause is most likely high blood pressure. But only your team can help interpret it for you. I have never seen or examined you so am helpless. Many causes.

Sign of Age: You often see these as we get older, especially if you have high blood pressure and/or high cholesterol.  The small blood vessels in the brain, like everywhere in the body, can get clogged with cholesterol, especially if you have high blood pressure and diabetes which makes the vessels less elastic.

Blood vessels: Most likely would be blood vessels. But that also depends on why you had the test in the first place. Usually in young people we don't see too many of these white or bright spots.  As we get older they show up.  Ask your doctor to explain the results on general

Non specific: This must be interpreted in light of the clinical picture. Migraine, clinically isolated syndrome, MS and normal finding ( Virchow Robin Spaces around small arteries ) are in the differential as well as vascular disease ( vasculitis) . It may have nothing to do with your numbness ( you mention pinched nerve) and there is no mention of a parietal lobe lesion or capsular lesion on the right.

Speak w ordering Dr: Abnormalities in MRI brain studies may or may not be significant in YOUR case. Please discuss this with the ordering physician. I hope the question was  for general information, not,to second guess your doc . The test was ordered for a specific reason, and the results should verify or change the diagnosis.

Radiology terms: This is specialized radiology terminology and isn't helpful by itself. The radiologist should provide a conclusion at end of report as to what it all means. We just don't know: Unidentified bright objects are common findings on MRI of Brain especially in the elderly. Medicine simply does not what exactly what this means although we believe it is related to blood pressure and are possibly tiny strokes. It is unlikely related to your prolactinoma.

Spots: Usually not know or no attributable cause. Sometimes from migraines, small vessel disease from blood pressure/diabetes/smoking, or genetics, or even head injury.
