To some extent: It will really help clean off at least the "macroscopic" debris like lint/dirt.  If it came in contact with any significant microbes/bacteria, you'll probably only clean off a some of the burden.

Fall: Not sure what he injured, but if his head watch for any unusual behaviour, persistent vomiting or pain. If concerned about extremities look for any swelling or pain or decreased use. Have him seen for any concerns. All the best.

Further exam: Falling and running into doors can cause further damage. Why? Is it your vision? Other symptoms. Your doctor needs to see you as a stroke can cause these too. Being clumsy is a waste basket diagnosis, that is, only after all proper diagnostic procedures are done. You are also on meds needing monitoring and can affect your nervous functions so have a good exam. Good luck.

Insomnia has many: Causes: stress, heavy meal before bedtime, anxiety, strenuous exercise before bedtime, too much caffeine/nicotine/other stimulants, swing-shift disorder, noisy environment, bright lights, etc. Addressing these factors may help. Fp can help sort out cause(s) & offer options for treatment.

Sure, but not likely: A child acting fine by 1 to 2 hours later is generally fine. If continuing to act differently, even after a mild injury, a child should be seen by his doctor. Sometimes an ER visit is needed, depending on the symptoms. Head bumps in which there is low-impact on the head, little crying, no changes in behavior, and no headache after the first hour or two, usually don't cause internal injuries.

What is cause?: Sweat will make any skin lesion red and scaly, yes; but what sort of scabs are we talking about? Chronic scabbing on the face is not normal. You should see a dermatologist and get a definitive diagnosis and treatment.
