1 y/o fell off bed, (maybe 3ft) bed is her height when she stands. she fell hard on the floor no carpet, could she have internal damage? internal bleeding, punctures? she cried really hard but now shes running around &playing. what should i do?

Sure, but not likely: A child acting fine by 1 to 2 hours later is generally fine. If continuing to act differently, even after a mild injury, a child should be seen by his doctor. Sometimes an ER visit is needed, depending on the symptoms. Head bumps in which there is low-impact on the head, little crying, no changes in behavior, and no headache after the first hour or two, usually don't cause internal injuries.
