for 2 years i've had tingling in bilateral hands and feet. blotchy hands and off/on neck and shoulder pain.  lately i've had cramps just under r ribs.

i am a 23 year old female. i am experiencing red feet, blotchy legs and tingly feeling when standing. i have done blood tests, lumbar & cervical mris and both turned out ok. the doctors don't know what it is. any idea?

See below: If the doctors who examined you in-person were not able to diagnose, it is very unlikely that one of us, in this forum, will be more successful. One suggestion: If you are overweight, try to lose weight.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk prodFor good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

every morning when i wake up my feet are blotchy. it goes away after an hour. i am 33 and pretty healthy, but have a family history of heart disease.

See below: It is not clear what you mean by blotchy, however, if that is the only symptom, it is not a cause for concern. Certainly can be: but is there anything in your mouths because i worry about hand foot and mouth disease which is a virus. See a derm for correct diagnosis before you start treatment especially on your child

Vascular related: The coloration in your feet and ankles can many times be related to bloodflow.  In particular, if you keep your feet down, gravity tends to keep the blood in the are, the feet can sometimes swell, but they become discolored, in some instances - blotchy, red.  Elevate your feet to see if the color changes.  If so, then it's normal.  But if you aren't sure, have your feet checked by podiatry.

Raynaud's : It maybe raynaud's phenomenon if the hands and feet feel cold and numb, or it may be a peripheral vascular issue if you have a family history of such.

Many things: It could be many things.....Metabolic, infection, vascular...Etc it definitely needs to be looked at, and evaluated soon....I strongly recommend a visit to you family doc for evaluation sooner rather than later....

Dermatitis: It sounds like your feet came into contact with something that caused an allergic reaction. Gentle washing then applying Hydrocortisone cream for a few days should clear the rash. If not, get it checked. Also, wearing flipflops to an amusement park just isn't smart. They offer no support or protection from injury. Next time, wear sneakers.

Many things: I would recommend a visit to your family doctor. Many different things can cause this, liver issue, thyroid issues, allergies, certain arthridities. A comprehensive blood work up is likely needed.
