Many things: I would recommend a visit to your family doctor. Many different things can cause this, liver issue, thyroid issues, allergies, certain arthridities. A comprehensive blood work up is likely needed.

Allergic reaction: This is probably caused by an allergic reaction to either food, a drug you are taking, or something you came in contact with. See your doctor for treatment.
