Cant target: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods.  Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.

Feeling: The likelihood is you feel an extra heart beat but can't be sure. Extrasystoles are not a risk, they can be annoying however.

Inner ear: The sensation of the stomach dropping with movement is likely due to a slight damage to the inner ear balance mechanism.  Turning to the right induces a signal in the balance systems, but if that signal is not equal and opposite in both ears, a slight dizziness results.  If you had a cold, it might damage the inner ear; if it is persistent and especially if you have ear ringing, see your doctor.

Stress: If this occurs during a stressful time, it could be a part of a panic attack. It can also be low blood sugar. Check with your doctor.

: Although it sounds most likely that you’re suffering from some kind of anxiety disorder, it is important to be sure that there is not a physical reason behind the symptoms. Start your evaluation with a visit to your primary care doctor for a check up. They can refer you to a mental health specialist if necessary also. Good luck.

Absolutely not.: Supplements (even if they have "natural" names like gaia) are minimally regulated by the fda.  Their quality can be inconsistent, the manufacturing isn't standardized, and in no way should be given to a 3 week old whose immune system is just developing.  Your baby does not need this type of bacteria in it's gut.  If you think your baby has stomach issues, please talk with their doctor first.

Not poss to predict: over the internet. YOu need to ask your OB Dr, what your status is.  Twins can commonly come early, and sometimes doctors suggest you go to strict bedrest to try and keep the babies inside for as long as possible.  There is a big difference between twins born at 27 weeks vs 30 weeks vs 32 wks vs 34 wks.  Every week more is better for them.

Reflux?: I wonder if this might be a symptoms of what we call GERD or gastroesophageal reflux disease.  It is where contents from the stomach make their way back into the esophagus.  You could try using over the counter acid reflux medicine like ranitidine or omeprazole for 2-3 weeks and see if it makes any change. If it helps use for 2-3 months then stop and see what happens. If it does not help see doc

i keep getting this feeling like what i'm going to roller coaster, my stomach and my heart drop. could this be anxiety?

Stomach symptoms: MAY be from physical or psychological causes, or a combo of both.  Start by seeing your doc.  If all is well medically consider seeing a clinical psychologist who works w/anxiety.  It is very treatable.  Peace and good health.
