How long after my stomach drop does my baby usually come its twins and i'm almost 27 weeks!

Not poss to predict: over the internet. YOu need to ask your OB Dr, what your status is. Twins can commonly come early, and sometimes doctors suggest you go to strict bedrest to try and keep the babies inside for as long as possible. There is a big difference between twins born at 27 weeks vs 30 weeks vs 32 wks vs 34 wks. Every week more is better for them.
